FAQ

Do I book directly through SOEL?

Most bookings are handled directly through SOEL Outdoors. Some vehicles may be managed through Camplify, which will be noted on the listing.

Are you open to view caravans and motorhomes?

Yes. We are open 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, and by appointment on weekends.

What do I need before I can submit a booking?

You'll need a valid phone number, your date of birth, and a residential address on your account. A driver licence check is done before collection — you don't need to upload it to submit a booking.

Where are pickups based?

Pickups are based from Rolleston, just outside Christchurch, which gives easy access to major South Island routes.

Can I ask questions before booking?

Yes. If you are unsure which setup suits your trip, contact us and we can help point you in the right direction.

Do you help first-time hirers?

Yes. We take handover seriously and will walk you through the vehicle, setup, and key systems before you leave.

Can I contact you during the trip if I need help?

Yes. If something comes up during your hire, get in touch and we will help where we can.
