Nathan is the Managing Director of SOEL Outdoors and the person behind much of the technology that powers the business. With a professional background in IT infrastructure, software development, and project management, he is responsible for the website, online store, booking systems, and the many behind-the-scenes tools that keep the business operating efficiently.
When he's not working on systems and technology, Nathan is heavily involved in the day-to-day running of SOEL Outdoors. He oversees the hire fleet, supports the workshop team, and is passionate about maintaining the high standards the business is known for. From preparing caravans for their next adventure to ensuring the yard and fleet presentation are second to none, he firmly believes that attention to detail makes all the difference. His goal is simple: deliver exceptional vehicles, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences for every customer.
As Operations Manager, Kimberley is the driving force behind both the workshop and rental operations at SOEL Outdoors. Originally from Wales, she brings more than 15 years of experience as a Service Advisor, having worked with some of the largest dealership groups in both Christchurch and the UK. Alongside her partner, Nathan, she has played a key role in building SOEL Outdoors into the family-run business it is today. Together, they are raising their young daughter, Elise. Her extensive background in customer service, workshop coordination, and operational management ensures every vehicle, booking, and customer experience is handled with professionalism and care.
From overseeing workshop schedules and customer communications to managing our caravan and motorhome hire fleet, Kimberley keeps every part of the business running smoothly. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and commitment to customer satisfaction help ensure every customer enjoys a seamless experience, whether they're booking a service, upgrading their RV, or heading away on their next adventure
With over 22 years of experience as a qualified mechanic, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and hands-on expertise to our workshop. His background in dealership environments has shaped a meticulous approach to vehicle maintenance and repairs, and he takes great pride in ensuring every job is completed to the highest standard. Michael's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction sets the benchmark for our entire team.
Tim is our lead caravan technician and brings a wealth of specialist experience in caravan and motorhome repairs, servicing, and upgrades. With an exceptional eye for detail and a deep understanding of RV systems, he takes pride in delivering workmanship of the highest standard. Whether it's a complex repair, a major upgrade, or a full restoration, Tim approaches every project with precision and care. His dedication to quality and commitment to customer satisfaction ensure every vehicle leaves our workshop ready for its next adventure.
Harry is our fleet assistant and all-round helping hand, joining the team on weekends and during school holidays to help prepare our caravans and motorhomes for customers. While still in high school, he has already developed a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for learning what makes RVs tick — from electrical systems and mechanical components to the many features that keep caravans and motorhomes adventure-ready.
Whether he's washing vehicles, helping prepare the hire fleet, keeping the yard tidy, or lending a hand wherever needed, Harry approaches every task with enthusiasm and determination. His eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and commitment to doing a great job make him a valued member of the SOEL Outdoors team.
