Habitation Check
Full habitation inspection covering water ingress, ventilation, gas system, electrical systems, appliances, fixtures and safety equipment.
Water System
Fresh water tank, pump, pipes and fittings inspection. Water ingress detection including damp checks on walls, floors and roof.
Gas System
LPG system inspection including regulator, hoses, fittings and appliance connections. Leak testing and safety certification if required.
12V & 240V Electrical
Battery condition, wiring, fuse boards, lighting, charger and inverter checks. Shore power connection and 240V system inspection.
Chassis & Running Gear
Suspension, wheel bearings, brakes, tyres and hitch components. Tow coupling, jockey wheel and leg stands inspection.
Roof & Body
Roof seals, vents, skylights and body panel inspection. Awning condition and operation check. Exterior seal and caulk assessment.
Appliances
Fridge, cooker, hot water system, heating and toilet function checks. We flag anything that needs attention before it becomes a bigger issue.
General Maintenance
Lubrication of hinges, locks and slide-outs. Tightening of fixings and furniture. Pre-season and post-season servicing available.
Vehicle types
Annual servicing recommended. Most manufacturers recommend a habitation check every 12 months. Regular servicing protects your investment, keeps your warranty valid and means fewer surprises on the road.
