For caravan and motorhome rentals, we require valid driver licence information to confirm eligibility to drive in New Zealand and to meet insurance and risk requirements.
- We may collect your driver licence number, expiry date, and a copy or image of your licence.

Our rental vehicles may be fitted with GPS tracking and security systems for safety, theft prevention, recovery, and fleet management.
- Location data may be monitored during the rental period.
- GPS data may be used to locate and recover a vehicle, respond to incidents, support safety, and manage operational logistics.
- We do not use GPS data for targeted advertising.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
